Take a moment to slow down and connect with our bodies. This session is dedicated to finding rest through gentle stretches and mindful breathing exercises.

'In The Band' is all about using resistance bands to add variety and intensity to your workout. These bands are fantastic tools for enhancing strength, coordination, and flexibility. 

‘Chair Champion,' is all about utilizing a simple chair to get a fantastic workout. Perfect for any fitness level, these exercises will target your whole body without you having to stand up. 

Ready to bounce back into shape? 'Bounce Back' uses a medicine ball to boost our fitness routine. We’ll use the ball for a variety of exercises that improve balance, core strength, and coordination.

Where we incorporate dumbbells into our workout to challenge and build our strength. This full-body routine will help you tone up, increase your strength, and improve your metabolism.

12 The Fourth Trimester (Surprise Bonus)

Here we focus on strengthening our abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. These core areas are especially important for overall health and recovery, particularly after childbirth. 

Let’s get our hearts pumping with 'Dancing Queen,' where we combine dance and cardio for a fun, energetic workout. Don’t worry about your dance skills—just move your body and have fun! 

06 Drop the Weight (Full Body Dumbbell)   

A bonus module designed to support you through postpartum. 

Designed to get you moving with simple, effective walking workouts. Whether you’re pushing a stroller or stepping out on your own, this module will help you improve your cardiovascular health and stamina. 

We’ll go through basic punches and combinations that will help you feel powerful and energized. Don't worry about experience; I’ll walk you through each move, focusing on form and safety.

Deja's Story

Her unique perspective has made her one of the most sought-after wellness experts in the industry. Deja incorporates a dynamic blend of high-energy movements and diverse disciplines, including dance, boxing, kickboxing, strength, and non-physical hosting. Deja has made history as the face of lululemon's expansion into the shoe category, spearheading multiple notable campaigns, including the successful CHARGEFEEL campaign. On behalf of the brand, she proudly presented the Footwear News' Award for the 2022 Launch Of The Year. For more than two years, Deja pioneered the MIRROR home gym building a community of like-minded individuals known as the Sweaty Smile Squad.   


As the daughter of New Jack Swing pioneer, Teddy Riley, Deja is no stranger to the entertainment industry. Embracing her own voice, Deja launched and co-hosted the podcast Dose of Duality marking the beginning of her storytelling endeavors. Deja is passionate about sharing untold stories and using her voice, life experiences, and unwavering optimism to illuminate these narratives. Deja's most significant accomplishment to date was the birth of her son after struggling with fertility for many years. This experience fueled her passion to continue giving a voice to the voiceless. Her journey is a testament to her resilience, authenticity, and dedication to inspiring and uplifting others on their paths to self-discovery.


Now looking to the future, Deja is excited to marry her love of fitness and storytelling through a new at-home wellness program Modification Momma where she will provide modifications to popular exercises for soon-to-be mothers and women in postpartum. Featuring primarily bodyweight workouts, this series will help women stay active throughout pregnancy and after giving birth while also encouraging them through mindful moments and personal anecdotes.
